Director's Message


“GROWING IN GOD’S LOVE!” is the motto and mission of Redeemer Christian School.  We encourage our children to grow socially, emotionally, intellectually, physically, and spiritually.  The staff of RCS takes great strides to stimulate and nurture each child. They have an abundance of creativity and enthusiasm and encourage each child to reach their individual maximum potential.  They are educated and professional, and keep up to date with the latest teaching methodologies so that your child will be well prepared for public school.  Redeemer Christian School strives to keep our curriculum fresh, interesting, and challenging for each student.

At Redeemer Christian School we pride ourselves by having dedicated, outstanding teachers and teacher assistants in every classroom.  Each member on our staff has been fingerprinted and has had extensive background checks.  Each staff member is required to maintain their professional skills and certification each year in accordance with the State of New Jersey in continuing education and each staff member is required to be certified in CPR and first aid as well. Each group teacher at RCS has a collegiate level degree in early childhood education.

I am proud to say that I have been a part of RCS since its start in 2001.  It has been a pleasure for me throughout the years to welcome so many wonderful families into our "RCS Family". As a teacher of three year olds as well at RCS, I join my fellow staff in saying that we are blessed here to have the opportunity to work with our young children and see them grow in so many ways.
