Our Mission
Mindful of the responsibility of caring for and educating young children, it is the goal of the Redeemer Christian School to provide a supportive and stimulating atmosphere for its students within the context of a Christian program. We believe that children who are nurtured according to their individual needs gain confidence to be productive members of society. The Redeemer Christian School, along with the congregation of Redeemer Church, shall strive to enrich the spiritual growth of its children and strengthen their families.
Redeemer Christian school provides a variety of class options and programs for preschool children. We are happy to provide an overview of the learning objectives for each class and program. ATTENDANCE POLICY
Parents must notify the RCS Office if a child will be absent. We are required by the state to log the date and nature of all absences as well as those of contagious illnesses and the date the child returns to school. RCS has voice mail or e-mail in order that you may leave a message before school opens. Please leave: Your child’s name, teacher, illness or reason for absence, and anticipated length of absence, if known.
Snow/Inclement
Weather Policy
Please be aware of our school inclement weather policy and that RCS will follow the Roxbury School system. We will use our “One Call Now” phone system to notify you if the school is canceled because of snow.
As per our inclement weather policy, the number of times a class meets per week minus one is the allotted number of inclement weather days per class. If the class exceeds that amount we will schedule make-up days. In the event of a delayed opening, we will open at 10 a.m.

Redeemer Christian School is a Christian preschool ministry of Redeemer Lutheran Church located in Succasunna, New Jersey. RCS serves families in the Township of Roxbury and its neighboring communities. Its teachers and staff share God's love with their students in a caring and safe environment that gives students daily opportunities to discover and explore the world God created. The school's mission is to foster the growth of its students spiritually, socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually.
